If you are like me, you probably don’t like feeling jealous, envious, angry, frustrated, bitter or resentful. Not only these emotions feel bad, but there is also a lot of stigma attached to them. Unlike feelings of guilt, sadness or fear, anger and jealousy get a lot of bad press in our society. We are told it is wrong to feel angry. And many people train themselves to never show these kind of emotions, ever. (more…)CONTINUE READING
There are two types of clients that comes to see me. Those who are prepared to take control over their lives and want me to guide them to this state of ‘mastery’ and those who want a ‘magic pill’ that would take the problem away and want me to do all the magic. Well, I am a bit unfair, we all want some magic (myself included) and support and help. I hope you understand more about the importance of moods and emotions in the way you react to things. In fact they are important in all decision making processes. They influence how you see interactions, situations and events in your life and how you see others. And it influences how you react to what people say to you.

It matters what and how you think about things. It matters what you think about yourself. It matters what you think about your life. It maters what you think about others. (more…)CONTINUE READING
I am going to start with a statement that is not very positive but, unfortunately, seems to be true: Collectively, as a society, we are experiencing the epidemic of anxiety. Especially young people. But not just young people. It seems to be everywhere, and almost everyone seems to be somehow touched by it. Many people regularly experience panicky, gnawing, heavy sensations of being trapped by fear. Nasty sensations of being out of control, unable to sleep, unable to concentrate or remember things. Today, I woke up feeling uneasy. Third day in the row. But today the feeling was stronger that before and really unsettling. (more…)CONTINUE READING
